Order Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. After this window, the order cannot be canceled as it will have entered the shipping workflow.

Damaged Upon Receipt: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Include clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will prioritize sending a replacement or finding a suitable solution.

Manufacturing Defects: We inspect our products carefully, but in the rare event of a material or workmanship defect after use, we will review the case for an exchange or refund.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return the product in its original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking is Mandatory: You must use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Please email this number to us immediately after shipping. Without a tracking number, we cannot validate or process your return.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Please be aware that the return address is located outside of Europe.
